That is the only contact channel for this site. There is no phone number and no postal address to give you — this is a one-person editorial project run from a laptop, not an office, and inventing an address to look more established would be the opposite of useful.
Corrections — the email worth sending
Every numeric threshold on this site is attributed to the tool that published it, which means every one of them is checkable, which means some of them will eventually be wrong. Tools revise their published bands and pages go offline. If you find a number here that no longer matches its source, that is the most valuable message this inbox can get.
To make it actionable, include:
- which page, and which number on it
- what the source says now
- a link, so it can be verified rather than taken on faith
Corrections get made on the page itself, not buried in a changelog.
A tool that should be in the comparison
The measurement table currently compares four rule sets. If you know of another tool that publishes its actual thresholds — not just its labels — send it. Published numbers are the entry requirement; a tool that only outputs a label with no stated cut-off cannot be compared to anything.
Advertising and business
This site is funded by third-party advertising, and enquiries about that are welcome at the same address. Note what is not on offer: paid placement inside articles, paid reviews, and paid inclusion or exclusion in the tool comparison. Those are not for sale at any price, because the comparison is the only thing this site has.
Privacy requests
Requests about your own data can be sent here too. Read the privacy policy first, because it will probably shorten the conversation: this site has no accounts, no logins, no forms and no comments, and it sets no cookies of its own. Where data is held by an ad network rather than by this site, the request has to go to that network, and the privacy policy names which one.
How the address works
Mail to contact@knowyourfaceshape.com is handled by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a mailbox operated by the site's editor. Replies come from that mailbox. Nothing sent to this address is used for a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
